Actividad
Since 1930, our main activity has been consolidated in the following sectors: iron and steel, wind power, presses, gearbox casings and oil & gas, both in precision machining and in mechanised boilermaking.
Proveedores
We count a wide portfolio of suppliers that allows us to purchase raw materials and subcontract heat and surface treatments, in order to be able to deliver complete solutions.
Calidad
We have a Quality Management System, which complies with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 9100:2018, ISO 14001:2015 and OSHAS 18001.
Gestión
Our 3 factories and all our machining machines are connected to our ERP & MRP and production engineering department with Wi-Fi antennas via industrial communications software.
Monitorización
We know in real time what is going on in production having a total control of times and costs that allows us to have a real control of the production planning to ensure compliance with the delivery time of the projects.
Software
We ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the machining process by using Siemens NX CAM and SolidWorks for CAD design. We can simulate the machining process with virtual machines increasing our competitiveness and efficiency.
